Refund policy​

Orders are processed and invoiced on the date of purchase, therefore you may be asked to withdraw from the purchase and cancel it after receiving the product, as provided by law in the consumer protection code:

Orders that have been returned to the sender by the Post Office due to an incorrect address or failure to be picked up at the distribution center will not be refunded.

For payments via credit card, the refund will be made upon reversal of the charge, which in most cases is not always immediate and can take up to two invoices so that you can have this issue resolved after we receive the product back.

If the purchase was made via Ticket or Pix The refund of the amount paid will be made via Bank Transfer or Pix as long as they belong to the buyer's CPF and cannot be made to other people such as family members or the spouse.
